How I started.
.
2007-2009: Started going to the gym. Never skip a workout since then, but things went wrong because I didn't take my diet seriously.
.
2010: Started diet. It's harder than what I've expected, but the results were amazing! (Diet is 70%-80% of your results).
.
2011: My first successful body transformation a.k.a life transformation.
.
What happened after 2011?
.
2012: Created /jordanyeohfitness FB page and YT channel. Never stop posting since then.
.
2013-2020: Still training and eating right. For the diet part: No, I no longer eating as strict like 2010-2012, because strict is never sustainable. I'm more flexible with what I eat and have more cheat meals now, as long as I don't overdo it and able to maintain my lower abs visibility, then is good enough.
.
Life is not about fitness, but fitness is my life.

About author
I wasn't born with this physique... I've been skinny and fat, zero confidence to almost every area of my life. My life changed dramatically when I started working out for like 5 days a week. A few years later not only I saw improvement on my health and outlook, but it helped me to persist many other negative things in life! What I've learned from gym room... No pain no gain! The harder you struggle the more glorious the triumph! Yup, Life is Up and Down, but every downfall doesn't mean is bad. Just like working out, those pain can be really painful and annoying, but pain is the sign of weakness leaving the body, they are your strength for tomorrow! the best part? Your gains actually last much longer than your pain. Fitness is a gift of my life. I am blessed that I am able to share my gift to everyone here in this amazing platform.
Hey it's Jordan here, I’m a fitness celebrity, certified personal trainer, and a full time dad.
